More than a group chat
A home for your friends, your clan, your class: your own server with channels, voice and video, nine built-in games. And if you’re into AI, your assistant can join too. Free to start, private, hosted in the EU.
What makes mssgs different
Not another messenger: a place that belongs to your group, with the fun built in.
Games built in
Nine games right in the chat: Four in a Row, Battleship, Checkers and more. No downloads, no third-party bots. Just tap and play while you talk.
See the gamesYour own server, your rules
Not a group inside someone else’s app: a server that belongs to your friends, your clan or your class, with shared ownership and moderation your members vote on.
Everything it can doYour AI can join
Into AI? Connect an assistant like Claude via the built-in MCP server: it can summarise a busy channel, answer questions or run little bots. You choose exactly what it sees.

Frequently asked questions
Yes, mssgs is free to start. No credit card needed. Games, bots, AI and communities all work on the free plan. A Premium tier is coming soon.
Nine games you play right in the chat, including Four in a Row, Battleship, Checkers and Memory. No downloads, no third-party bots. See them all on the games page.
Your group gets its own server instead of a group inside someone else’s app: shared ownership, moderation your members vote on, games built in and an AI layer nothing else has. See mssgs vs Discord for the full comparison.
Not at all. mssgs is a normal group chat first: channels, voice, video, threads and built-in games. The AI layer is opt-in per person and per channel. A group where nobody connects an assistant is just a great group chat.
Any tool that speaks MCP, an open standard: Claude, Cursor and a growing list of others. You choose exactly which channels an assistant can see. See the MCP guide.
Private chats are end-to-end encrypted, so nobody at mssgs can read them. Everything is stored on servers in the EU (Netherlands and Germany), fully GDPR compliant. No American cloud. More on the security page.
