It sits in the strip on the far left and says Play a game when you point at it. On a phone it shows on the home screen; from inside a chat, swipe in from the left edge.

Your room opens straight away, with a 6-character room code. With Premium, you pick your own piece set and the host picks the board.
-

How it works
Every rule, no shortcuts
Castling, en passant and promotion to a queen, rook, bishop or knight are all in. White plays the cream pieces and moves first, and an illegal move simply cannot happen.
Checkmate wins
Trap the king so it has nowhere left to go and the game is yours. Seeing no way out? Resign, or offer your opponent a draw.
Draws, done properly
Stalemate, threefold repetition, the fifty-move rule and too little material to mate all end in a draw, and so does a draw you both agree on.
Two minutes a move
Every move has a two-minute clock. Let it run out and you forfeit, so nobody gets to think until the pizza goes cold.
Take on the computer
Play the computer right in your browser, no account needed. Checkmate it in as few moves as you can to climb the high-score board.
Pieces with personality
Everyone plays the Classic pieces on the Sage board. With Premium you pick from seven more sets, Sticker Classics and six animal sets from Penguin Parade to Axolotl Lagoon, and as host from four more boards, from Woodland to Coral Lagoon.
